Experienced in devising and executing innovative strategies that help organisations gain momentum by providing client-focussed solutions that resonate, whilst ensuring good governance, operational excellence, attaining high levels of employee engagement and robust stakeholder management. Over the years, sound judgement and strong communication skills have been honed, to provide clarity, direction, and support tocolleagues across cross- functional teams in the pursuit of excellence in transformation.

Previous leadership positions held have included Commercial Director for a health and social care group collectively providing specialist staffing solutions to mental health, learning disability and autism specific settings, requiring the expertise of nurses and highly trained support workers in NHS Trusts, Independent Hospitals, Supported Living environments, Local Authorities, Specialist Educational Schools & Colleges and Individuals in the community. And as Interim Chief Operating Officer for the Gladstones group providing residential rehabilitation and recovery clinics delivering integrative treatment for addictions and disorders. Most recently, Trish has been sharing her knowledge of the health and social care industry as a consultant to advise and support organisations in the creation, design, and implementation of setting up new services for people with complex needs where she has turned her passion to support people with good mental health and wellbeing into her purpose of helping to improve lives.
