Gladstones Residential Services (GRS) is seeking to extend the positive impact of our treatment programmes and help more people in need of support by providing rehabilitation and recovery services for people with enduring mental health illness transitioning from acute hospital care to independent living in Weston Super Mare, or a community of their choosing, in a place to call home to flourish and thrive, close to their family and loved ones.

GRS understands the pressures facing mental health services and the need for innovative, effective solutions. Our expanded service represents a significant opportunity to enhance the local care pathway, providing high-quality, recovery-focused support that delivers value while achieving meaningful outcomes for service users.

Working in partnership with community stakeholders we use a proactive system-wide approach, providing an individualised combination of clinical, therapeutic, and social interventions to achieve integrated care and support. Led-by the individual, bespoke solutions are co-created and delivered through the lens of recognising, respecting and responding to each person’s needs
